Welcome to General Analysis, owned and operated by Omni Research, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“General Analysis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate www.generalanalysis.com and related pages (collectively, the “Site”) and provide AI safety & security products and services (e.g., red-teaming, runtime guardrails, MCP-based integrations, dashboards, and APIs) (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site.
If you use or purchase our Services, your use will also be governed by one or more separate written agreements (e.g., Order Forms, Pilot Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs) (each, an “Enterprise Agreement”). If there is a conflict, the Enterprise Agreement controls for the Services it covers, and these Terms control your use of the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Defined Parties. “You” and “your” means the person or entity using the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity and its users.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Site and all content on it—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio/video clips, look-and-feel, compilations, and trademarks (collectively, “Site Content”)—are owned by Omni Research or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, display, perform, publish, or transmit any Site Content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended informational and exploratory purposes. This license does not include any resale use, commercial data mining, or derivative use of the Site or Site Content.
While using the Site, you agree that you will not:
We reserve all rights and remedies for any breach.
If the Site offers accounts, you agree to provide accurate, current information; keep credentials confidential; and be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including suspected violations.
We may send you administrative or transactional emails about the Site. Where required by law, we’ll ask for consent before sending marketing communications; you can opt out via the unsubscribe link. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant General Analysis a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, and exploit the Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.
Consent Banner. You may see a banner with options such as Accept All, Decline All, and Preferences. Your choices will be honored as described in our Privacy Policy and/or Cookie Notice.
Managing Choices. You can adjust preferences through the banner or your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be turned off.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by law, we make reasonable efforts to honor GPC signals.
See our Privacy Policy (and, if posted, Cookie Notice) for details.
The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR SECURITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Service-Level & Product Warranties. Any warranties, uptime commitments, support obligations, or SLAs for Services (not the Site) will be set out in your Enterprise Agreement, not here.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERAL ANALYSIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; SOME LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY.
Service Claims. Liability caps, exclusions, and remedies for paid Services (not the Site) are governed by your Enterprise Agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless General Analysis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such changes. For Services, any material changes will be handled under the applicable Enterprise Agreement.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in whole or in part without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and General Analysis agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. Each party waives objections to venue and forum non conveniens.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Disputes will be governed by the Terms in effect when the dispute arose.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms (together with any policies referenced here, such as the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and General Analysis regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications about the Site.
This Section summarizes common Services terms; your Enterprise Agreement governs if different.
Access & License. Subject to payment and your compliance, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to access subscribed Services (platform, APIs, models, guardrails) for your internal business purposes.
Acceptable Use for Services. No unlawful content; no attempts to bypass or degrade safety systems; no reverse engineering of models or SDKs; no benchmarking publications naming General Analysis without prior consent unless required by law.
Data & Privacy. You remain the controller of Customer Data you submit. We process it to provide the Services, as described in the DPA/Privacy Policy. Do not send regulated sensitive data (e.g., payment card data, PHI, government ID numbers) unless expressly permitted in writing.
Third-Party Models & Licenses. Some models, datasets, or connectors may have separate licenses that apply to your use; you agree to comply with those terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the third-party model terms govern that model.
Metrics & Improvements. We may collect usage and performance metrics to operate, secure, and improve the Services, subject to the DPA/Privacy Policy and your Enterprise Agreement.
SLA/Support. Any uptime commitments, support tiers, or credits are set out in your Order Form or Enterprise Agreement.
Warranties & Liability. As between these Terms and your Enterprise Agreement, the Enterprise Agreement controls any warranties, disclaimers, and liability limits for Services.
